• Assisting parent/carer(s) to understand the school’s obligations under the Disability Standards for Education 
• Reviewing the school's inclusion documentation and any supports offered
• Reviewing the student’s therapy recommendations and identifying those that relate to the education setting
• Drafting specific recommendations for families to take to Student Support Group (SSG) meetings
• Attending school meetings alongside parents and students 
• Preparing documents following meetings  
• Reviewing Individual Education/Learning Plans
• Supporting families of children to transition from primary to secondary school
• Supporting families of children to transition from specialised to mainstream schools
